Oolong Tea Improves Energy Metabolism
In Japan, water, green tea and oolong tea were tested to improve their basic metabolic function, and it was found that water has no special effect. Green tea can increase the metabolism of 4 calories per hour, while oolong tea can increase the metabolism of 9 calories at most.
Oolong tea’s effect can last for 5 hours, so a cup of 300c.c. oolong tea can consume 40 calories (equivalent to walking fast for 15 minutes and walking up and down stairs for 10 minutes).
